1. Determine what you can study in 50 minutes and set as a goal
2. Set a timer for 50 minutes (if you’re using your phone’s timer, make sure it’s on airplane mode)
3. Once timer rings – make note of where to come back to
4. Set a timer for 10 minute break
5. During break:
- Leave the study area
- Walk/move around
- Chat with friends etc.
6. When timer for break rings, repeat steps 1 through 5.
